Carry out removal of an epiploon of the camshaft in the following order:

– on the AFN engine remove the top casing of the engine;

– disconnect the plug from the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine;

– take off auxiliary driving belts;

– remove pulleys of auxiliary driving belts and an external casing of a GRM belt;

– install the piston of the first cylinder in the provision of VMT and take off a GRM belt;

– if it is established, remove the mechanism of a tension of a GRM belt and a pulley of the camshaft;

– you otverinit screws and remove the internal casing of a GRM belt established on the block of cylinders;

– uncover a gochlovka of the block of cylinders (see section 3.3.10);

– you otverinit two nuts and remove a forward cover 4 bearings of the camshaft (see fig. 3.68 );

– take a camshaft epiploon.

Carry out installation of an epiploon of the camshaft in the following order:

grease a new epiploon of the camshaft with pure engine oil and establish to the place of removed;

apply a thin film of sealant on the interfaced surfaces of a forward cover of the bearing of the camshaft, then establish a cover on a head of the block of cylinders and wrap nuts the required moment;

establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders;

establish an internal casing of a gear belt and pulleys;

establish a GRM belt and adjust its tension;

establish an external casing of a GRM belt;

establish auxiliary driving belts and adjust their tension.
