Removal of the cogged pulley of the camshaft is carried out in the following order:
– remove the contact socket of the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine;
– take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units;
– install the piston of the cylinder No. 1 in compression step VMT (see subsection 3.3.3);
– take off a gear belt of the GRM drive (see subsection 3.3.4);

– fix the cogged pulley 2 (see fig. 3.65 ) the camshaft from a provorachivaniye and turn off a bolt of 1 fastening of a pulley;
– remove a pulley 2 camshafts.
Installation of the cogged pulley of the camshaft is carried out in the following order:
– wipe the interfaced surfaces of a pulley and the camshaft;
– establish a segment spline in a camshaft groove;
– install the cogged pulley 2 (see fig. 3.65 ). If the segment spline is not used, then insert a pulley nave ledge into a camshaft flute;
– establish a gear belt of the GRM drive (see subsection 3.3.4);

– check combination of all adjusting tags: a flywheel (see fig. 3.61 ), the cogged pulley of the camshaft (see fig. 3.5 ) and the TNVD cogged pulley (fig. 3.67) ;
– establish covers 19 and 20 (see fig. 3.64 ) the GRM drive;
– establish a pulley 2 bent shafts;
– establish a belt 3 drives of auxiliary units and adjust its tension.
