For synchronization of operation of krivoshipno-conrod and gas-distributing mechanisms at assembly of the engine before its dismantling or before installation of a head of the block of cylinders carry out installation of the piston of the cylinder No. 1 in VMT of a step of compression and the corresponding angle of rotation (the provision of cams) of the camshaft. Installation is carried out on adjusting tags on a flywheel. For access to it turn out a coupling case cap. Turn a bent shaft a key for a pulley bolt before combination of tags on a flywheel and on a case of coupling (fig. 3.61) .
In provisions of the corresponding VMT of the piston of the cylinder No. 1 use special devices to blocking of the camshaft and a pulley of the fuel pump of high pressure (FPHP).
Blocking from a provorachivaniye of the camshaft is carried out in the following order:
– install the piston of the cylinder No. 1 in VMT;

– stop the camshaft 2 (fig. 3.62) special adaptation 1;
– turn the camshaft so that one end of adaptation 1 leaned on a head of the block of cylinders and a zmerta a gap between it and the second end of adaptation by means of the probe;
– insert into a gap the probe with thickness to an equal half of the measured gap;
– turn the camshaft so that the end of adaptation leaned on the probe;
– insert the probe of the same thickness on the other side of adaptation.

After blocking of the camshaft fix the cogged pulley 2 (fig. 3.63) of TNVD from a provorachivaniye a special core 1 which screw 3 fastenings of TNVD in an opening of a forward arm.
