Carry out removal of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders in the following order:
on the AFN engine remove the top casing of the engine;
– disconnect the plug from the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine;

disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case and the valve of the regulator from the union 11 on a cover of the 8th head of the block of cylinders (see fig. 3.68 );
– turn off three nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders, remove washers and a sealant;
– uncover a head of the block of cylinders;
– uncover laying of the 6th head of the block of cylinders;
– check a condition of laying and if necessary replace it with new;
– clear the interfaced surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and a cover of a head of traces of oil and the remains of old laying.

       PREVENTION
It is necessary to clear the interfaced surfaces accurately not to scratch them as oil pressure in the working engine can lead to leakages through scratches, zaboina, etc. defects on the interfaced surfaces.

Carry out installation of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders in the sequence, the return to removal:
– establishing laying of a cover of a head of the block it is necessary to provide the correct arrangement of laying on a block head;

       PREVENTION
At installation of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders laying shift from the interfaced surfaces is not allowed.

– connect the plug to the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine;
– on the AFN engine establish the top casing of the engine.
