Removal of the cogged pulley of a bent shaft is carried out in the following order:
– remove the contact socket from the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine;
– take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units;
– install the piston of the cylinder No. 1 in compression step VMT (see subsection 3.3.3);
– remove a pulley 2 (see
fig. 3.64
) a bent shaft;
– take off a gear belt of the GRM drive (see subsection 3.3.4);
– turn off a bolt of the 5th fastening of the cogged pulley of a bent shaft and remove a pulley 18. For this purpose it is necessary to block a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye. On cars with the mechanical transmission include the fifth transfer and slow down the car the parking brake, with the automatic transmission — remove a forward cover of the transmission and the screw-driver or mount block a bent shaft for a gear wreath of a flywheel.
Installation of the cogged pulley of a bent shaft is carried out in the following order:
– clear the interfaced surfaces of the cogged pulley and a bent shaft;
– install the cogged pulley 18 (see
fig. 3.64
), having combined a pulley nave ledge with a flute on cranked to a shaft;
– tighten a bolt of the 5th fastening of the cogged pulley the moment of 90 N · m, then tighten it on a corner 90 °;
– establish a gear belt of the GRM drive (see subsection 3.3.4);
– check combination of all adjusting tags: a flywheel (see
fig. 3.61
), the cogged pulley of the camshaft (see
fig. 3.5
) and the TNVD cogged pulley
(fig. 3.67)
;
– establish covers 19 and 20 (see
fig. 3.64
) the GRM drive;
– establish a pulley 2 bent shafts;
– establish a belt 3 drives of auxiliary units and adjust its tension.
