Removal of a pulley of an intermediate shaft is carried out in the following order:

– remove the contact socket of the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine;

– to a snimta belt of the drive of auxiliary units;

– you ustkanovit the piston of the cylinder No. 1 in compression step VMT (see subsection 3.3.3);

– take off a gear belt of the GRM drive (see subsection 3.3.4);

– to a zafikisiruyta a pulley 16 (see fig. 3.64 ) an intermediate shaft from a provorachivaniye also turn off a bolt of the 17th fastening of a pulley;

– remove a pulley of the 16th intermediate shaft.

Installation of a pulley of an intermediate shaft is carried out in the following order:

– clear the interfaced surfaces of a pulley and an intermediate shaft;

– establish a segment spline in a flute of an intermediate shaft and establish a pulley 16;

– tighten a bolt of the 17th fastening of a pulley of an intermediate shaft the moment of 45 N · m;

– establish a gear belt of the GRM drive (see subsection 3.3.4);

– check combination of all adjusting tags: a flywheel (see fig. 3.61 ), the cogged pulley of the camshaft (see fig. 3.5 ) and the TNVD cogged pulley (fig. 3.67) ;

– establish covers 19 and 20 (see fig. 3.64 ) the GRM drive;

– establish a pulley 2 bent shafts;

– establish a belt 3 drives of auxiliary units and adjust its tension.
