Temperature and the direction of air supply in salon is regulated by handles on the control panel of system of heating and ventilation (fig. 1.33) .

In addition to system of heating and ventilation the device of automatic control of air temperature in Termotronic salon (fig. 1.34) can be installed . She establishes the set temperature in interior of the car quicker and automatically maintains its constant value.

Switches of systems of heating and ventilation or conditioning are shown in fig. 1.33 – 1.35 ).

I \switch of operating modes of the fan of the supercharger of air.

Provisions of the switch:

0 – the fan is switched off;

1 – low frequency of rotation of the fan;

2 – average frequency of rotation of the fan;

3 – high frequency of rotation of the fan.

In position of the switch I between 0 and 1 air supply in interior of the car it is regulated without fan.

II \air temperature regulator switch. At turn of the switch to the left in salon cold air, to the right — hot moves. For the Termotronic system digital designations on the control panel correspond to temperature maintained in salon.

III \air stream distributor switch. Depending on position of the switch air comes to salon through certain vozdukhoduv (fig. 1.36) . Dependence of the direction of a stream of air on position of the switch is shown in tab. 1.2.

The direction of a stream through vozdukhoduva 3 and 4 (see fig. 1.36 ) can be operated by means of handles of management of their blinds. The direction of a stream in the vertical plane changes rotation of the handles located sideways from vozdukhoduv in the horizontal plane — movement of the handles located directly on blinds. Air to legs moves through vozdukhoduva 5.

For heating wind and glasses of windows of forward doors execute the following operations:

– install the switch I (see fig. 1.33 – 1.35 ) in situation 3;

– turn switches II and III clockwise against the stop;

– close blinds of vozdukhoduv 3 (see fig. 1.36 );

– adjust the provision of blinds of vozdukhoduv 4 so that the stream of air moved to glasses of windows of forward doors.

For prevention of condensation of moisture ("fogging") on wind and glasses of windows of forward doors execute the following:

– install the switch I (see fig. 1.33 – 1.35 ) in situation 2 or 3;

– turn the switch II clockwise against the stop (for inclusion of the mode of the maximum heating of air) – the Termotronic system will automatically maintain the set temperature;

– turn the switch III clockwise against the stop (situation)

– close blinds of vozdukhoduv 3 (see fig. 1.36 );

– adjust the provision of blinds of vozdukhoduv 4 so that the stream of air moved to glasses of windows of forward doors.

For bystry warming up of air in interior of the car which is not equipped with the Termotronic system execute the following operations:

– install the switch I (see fig. 1.33 ) in situation 3;

– install the switch II in situation for creation of the required temperature condition;

– install the switch III in situation between symbols and. If in this mode glasses of windows of forward doors "mist over", install the switch III in situation between symbols and

– close blinds of vozdukhoduv 3 (see fig. 1.36 );

– adjust the provision of blinds of vozdukhoduv 4.

For bystry warming up of air in salon and maintenance of its constant temperature on the cars equipped with the Termotronic system execute the following operations:

– install the switch I (see fig. 1.34 ) in situation 3;

– install in required position the switch II (the recommended air temperature in salon +22 °C);

– install the switch III in situation. In this position of the switch the system of heating works with maximum efficiency.

– close blinds of vozdukhoduv 3 (see fig. 1.36 );

– adjust the provision of blinds of vozdukhoduv 4.

For ventilation of salon fresh air:

choose position of the switch I (see in fig. 1.33 – 1.35 );

turn the switch II counterclockwise against the stop — heating is switched off;

install the switch III in situation;

open blinds of vozdukhoduv 3 and 4 (see fig. 1.36 ).

The air conditioning system (on cars of the corresponding complete set) turns on pressing of buttons IV (see fig. 1.35 ): "norm" – supply of fresh air or "max" – air circulation in salon. At turning on of buttons the control lamps which are built in in them light up. The system is disconnected by repeated pressing of the button — the corresponding control lamp dies away.

Air conditioning system works only at the switched-on fan of the supercharger (the switch I in situation from 1 to 4, see fig. 1.35 ), at the working engine and external air temperature above +5 °C.

For bystry cooling of air in salon perform the following operations:

– lift all glasses of windows of doors;

– install the switch I (see fig. 1.35 ) in situation 4;

– turn the switch II counterclockwise against the stop — heating is switched off;

– install the switch III in situation;

– press the max button IV;

– open blinds of vozdukhoduv 3 and 4 (see fig. 1.36 ).

At such position of switches air comes to the conditioner from salon and is quickly cooled.

For decrease in air temperature in salon perform the following operations:

– install the switch I (see fig. 1.35 ) in any situation from 1 to 4;

– install the switch II in any situation;

– install the switch III in any situation;

– press the norm button IV;

– adjust the provision of blinds of vozdukhoduv 3 and 4 (see fig. 1.36 ).

At such position of switches air comes to the conditioner outside (the mode of supply of fresh air) and is cooled.
