PREVENTION At installation of brake shoes use a new bolt of fastening of the directing finger.

You carry out removal of brake shoes in the following order (12.4) :

turn off a bolt of fastening of the lower directing finger, holding a finger from a provorachivaniye a wrench (fig. 12.5) ;

turn a support up on the top directing finger and a podvyazhimta to a rack (fig. 12.6) ;

take brake shoes from the holder of a support.

You carry out installation of brake shoes in the following order:

before installation of blocks check that the directing fingers freely moved in the holder of a support and there were rubber covers of the directing finger were not damaged. Check a condition of dustproof consolidation of the piston;

if new brake shoes are established, press the piston into a support. It can be made wooden whetstone or special adaptation (fig. 12.7) . At a piston vdviganiye brake fluid is forced out from the brake cylinder in the feeding tank. Therefore constantly watch liquid level in a tank;

check whether the thermoprotective plate in dredging of the piston is correctly established;

insert external and internal brake shoes in the holder of a support;

lower a support on brake shoes. Press a support that it reached the position, then wrap a bolt of fastening of the directing finger the required moment;

check the level of brake fluid in a tank. Several times press a brake pedal in order that blocks nestled on a disk and repeatedly check the level of brake fluid in a tank;

execute similar operations on other wheel;

establish wheels and lower the car;

repeatedly check the level of brake fluid.
