Removal of the oil pump is carried out in the following order:
– remove the oil pallet (see subsection 3.2.13);

– turn off bolts 12, 14 and 16 (see fig. 3.58 ) fastenings of the oil pump and a maslopriyemny pipe;
– move the pump down to that time until the power shaft 10 leaves gearing with a gear wheel 4;
– check a gap between teeths of gear wheels and an axial side play of gear wheels (see subsection 3.1.12). If gear wheels are strongly worn-out, then they need to be replaced in a set;
– turn out a stopper of the reducing valve and take a spring and the piston from a pump housing.
Installation of the oil pump is carried out as it should be, the return to removal. At the same time it is necessary to replace sealing rings of round section and laying.
