Removal of an intermediate shaft is carried out from the engine removed from the car in the following order:

Oil pump and oil filter: 1 – index of level of engine oil; 2 – block of cylinders; 3 – cover of a shaft of the drive of the oil pump; 4 – gear wheel of the drive of the oil pump; 5 – intermediate shaft; 6 – cover of an intermediate shaft; 7 – asterisk of an intermediate shaft; 8 – asterisk of an intermediate shaft of the drive of camshafts; 9 – bolt of fastening of asterisks of an intermediate shaft; 10 – shaft of the drive of the oil pump; 11 – oil pump; 12 – bolt of fastening of the oil pump; 13 – laying of a maslopriyemny pipe; 14, 16 – bolts of fastening of a maslopriyemny pipe; 15 – maslopriyemny pipe; 17 – cover of an oil filter; 18 – sealing ring; 19 – oil filter; 20 – case of an oil filter; 21 – bolts of fastening of the case of an oil filter


– turn off bolts of fastening and uncover 3 (fig. 3.58) of a shaft of the drive of the oil pump;
– turn off bolts of fastening and uncover the 6th intermediate shaft;
– remove an intermediate shaft 5.
Installation of an intermediate shaft is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal. The cover of the 6th intermediate shaft is mounted an adjusting tag up.
