The drive of camshafts is carried out from a bent shaft by means of chain transfers through an intermediate shaft
(fig. 3.56)
. The chain tension 3 drives of camshafts is regulated by a bolt 6. The hydraulic natyazhitel 10 chains of an intermediate shaft automatically establishes its tension.
Removal of the GRM drive is carried out in the following order:
– install the piston of the cylinder No. 1 in compression step VMT, for this purpose turn a bent shaft clockwise before combination of adjusting tags
(fig. 3.57)
;
– weaken a tension of a chain 3 (see
fig. 3.56
) the drive of camshafts, for this purpose turn out a bolt 6 natyazhitel of a chain;
– apply tags with paint on a chain of the drive of camshafts in the places shown in
fig. 3.57
;
– block a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye;
– turn off a bolt of the 9th fastening of asterisks of an intermediate shaft and remove an asterisk 8 (see
fig. 3.58
);
– remove a chain 3 drives of camshafts;
– remove an asterisk of the 7th intermediate shaft;
– remove a chain 4 drives of an intermediate shaft. (see
fig. 3.57
).
Installation of the GRM drive is carried out in the following order:
– check installation of the piston of the cylinder No. 1 in VMT, at the same time short tooth of an asterisk 7 (see
fig. 3.57
) the camshaft it has to be combined with an adjusting tag 9 on a forward cover of a bent shaft;
– establish a chain 4 drives of an intermediate shaft on an asterisk of the 7th bent shaft;
– establish a chain 4 on an asterisk 2 intermediate shafts and establish an asterisk 2 on an intermediate shaft;
– check combination of a ledge on an asterisk 2 intermediate shafts with an adjusting tag on a cover of an intermediate shaft;
– establish an asterisk 3 on an intermediate shaft and tighten a bolt of the 10th fastening of asterisks the moment of 100 N · m, having recorded an intermediate shaft from a provorachivaniye;
– establish a guide 16 (see
fig. 3.56
) to a chain of the drive of camshafts;
– establish a head of the block of cylinders (see subsection 3.2.5);
– be convinced that camshafts are installed in the situation corresponding to VMT of the piston of the cylinder No. 1;
– fix camshafts from a provorachivaniye;
– install asterisks 2 on asterisk camshafts with the chain which is put on them 3;
– install the coupling 18 of the drive of the distributor of ignition and wrap bolts of the 17th fastening of asterisks of camshafts;
– tighten bolts the 17th moment of 100 N · m, holding camshafts from a provorachivaniye a wrench;
– unblock the piston of a hydraulic natyazhitel 5 chains of the drive of an intermediate shaft, having turned a clamp the 6th screw-driver;
– establish a natyazhitel 5 and tighten bolts of his fastening the moment of 20 N · m;
– check combination of all adjusting tags;
– unblock camshafts;
– execute other operations in the sequence, the return to removal.
