Removal of conrod and piston group is carried out in the following order:
– remove a head of the block of cylinders (see subsection 3.2.5);
– remove the oil pallet and the oil pump;
– install the piston of the cylinder No. 1 in NMT by turn of a bent shaft;
– before removal of a cover and dismantling of a rod and the piston note the provision of a rod and cover of a rod concerning the cylinder, apply on the piston bottom the arrow directed to a forward part of the engine for the subsequent correct installation of the piston;
– turn off nuts of fastening of a cover of a rod and uncover;
– push out the piston with a rod from the cylinder the wooden handle of the hammer;
– remove the remained pistons with rods assembled, having executed the above described operations;
– check a finger existence of development of the top part of a wall of the cylinder;
– remove lock rings of a piston finger from piston flutes;
– to a vypressuyta a piston finger from the piston by means of a special mandrel;

– remove piston rings by means of a stripper (fig. 3.51) or the old oil probe (see subsection 3.1.13).

       PREVENTION
Always remove piston rings towards the piston bottom.

Installation of conrod and piston group is carried out in the following order:
– heat the piston in hot water;
– install a rod in the piston, having arranged it according to earlier established tags, and press in it a piston finger;
– establish piston rings by means of a stripper (see fig. 3.51 ) or the old probe (see subsection 3.1.13). On the established piston rings of the inscription "TOP" or "OBEN" have to be directed to the piston bottom;
– establish the corresponding connecting rod in the lower head of a rod;
– arrange locks of piston rings on the piston of the cylinder No. 1 at an angle 120 ° to each other;
– turn a bent shaft to a corner, the corresponding NMT of the piston of the cylinder No. 1;
– oil fresh engine cylinder walls, the piston, an insert of the lower head of a rod and a conrod neck of a bent shaft;

install the piston with a rod assembled in the cylinder No. 1, squeezing piston rings special adaptation (see fig. 3.35 ).
– insert an insert into a cover of a rod and oil it engine;
– establish a rod cover according to earlier put tags;
– tighten nuts of fastening of a cover of a rod the moment of 30 N · m, then tighten them on a corner 180 °;
– turn a bent shaft and be convinced that it rotates without breakthroughs;
– install other pistons with rods assembled;
– install the oil pump and the oil pallet;
– establish a head of the block of cylinders.

       PREVENTIONS
1. Pistons need to be replaced everything in a set at once.
2. At wear of one of cylinders subject to grinding all cylinders.
