Carry out adjustment of an axial side play of a secondary shaft in the following order:

use special a template with a range of measurements of 3 mm and arms (see fig. 8.42 );

insert laying 0,65 mm thick into the case of the bearing of a secondary shaft and install a cup of the conic bearing. At the same time the cup has to be densely pressed to laying;

having established a secondary shaft, acquire and tighten nuts of the bearing bearing arm the moment of 30 N · m;

fix a template (see fig. 8.42 ) and establish indications of a micrometer on zero with a preliminary tightness;

moving a secondary shaft, take readings of a micrometer (the template during operation should not move);

put: a) the measured value, b) constant value = 0,20 mm, c) value of thickness of laying = 0,65 mm. Proceeding from requirements pick up laying of necessary thickness;

having dismantled a secondary shaft, establish on it the picked-up laying;

establish an external ring of the bearing;

oil a shaft gearbox and, having established it into place, tighten lock nuts the moment of 30 N · m;

check an axial side play.
