You carry out dismantling of the mechanism of gear shifting in the following order:

carefully clear and examine the mechanism of the choice of transfers (fig. 8.37) ;
check a condition of the plug of the transferring lever of the preliminary choice of transfers and basic plugs of a shaft of the mechanism of the choice of transfers;
turn off bolts of fastening and remove the switch of lamps of a backing;
turn off nuts and remove a bolt of fastening of the transferring lever of the preliminary choice of transfers and a shaft of the mechanism of the choice of transfers.
for replacement of plugs of a shaft of the mechanism of the choice of transfers by means of a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter squeeze out old plugs. Install to the place of old new plugs;
if it is necessary to disassemble the mechanism of movement of forks of inclusion of transfers, by means of tags record a relative positioning of details before removal;
for removal of a tip of a fork of gear shifting remove a conical spring lock ring from a reverse side of a tip of a fork. At installation fix a tip by a new lock ring.

oil all details and check correctness of installation of tips of forks of gear shifting. Check distance between tips of the established forks (fig. 8.39, 8.40) .
