You carry out installation of the transmission in the following order:

check existence of guides of pins in the block of cylinders of the engine for centering of the transmission and if necessary establish them;

raise the transmission and horizontally insert into coupling. If at installation the leading shaft of the transmission does not come into a clutch plate, turn a main shaft of the transmission by hand for a flange of a power shaft a little;

you carry out installation of the transmission to the sequences, the return to removal. Consistently tighten bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine;

install the balance weight on a beam of a forward suspension bracket and tighten fastening bolts;

establish a starter;

turn, without tightening up to the end, bolts of fastening of a back left support of the transmission.

remove the device for raising of the engine and tighten a forward support of the engine, without tightening bolts up to the end;

install the working cylinder of coupling into place and tighten bolts the regulated moment. At cars with the mechanical drive of coupling establish a cable;

establish shaft of the drive of wheels;

install the thermofilter of a power shaft;

install the exhaust system;

connect a plait of wires of an electrical wiring to the transmission.

install the mechanism of switching of the transmission.

NOTE If the tension of cables on levers weakened, adjust the switching mechanism.

Cars with a mechanical speedometer:

attach a speedometer drive cable to the transmission.

Cars with an electronic speedometer:

connect the electric socket to the speedometer drive sensor;

check oil level in the transmission;

lower the engine and the transmission and tighten bolts of fastening of support the regulated moment;

connect a wire to the negative plug of the rechargeable battery.

PREVENTION Connect a wire to the negative plug of the rechargeable battery only at the switched-off ignition in connection with danger of failure of the control unit of system of injection.
