After installation of the engine in the car check levels of engine oil and cooling liquid.
Remove spark plugs.
Remove the relay of food or a safety lock of the fuel pump for its de-energization.
Rotate a bent shaft a starter before switching off of a lamp of emergency pressure of oil. If the lamp does not die away within several seconds after the beginning of rotation of a bent shaft, then switch off a starter and check the level of engine oil and serviceability of an oil filter. Further check an integrity of a wire of the sensor of emergency pressure of oil.
Establish spark plugs.
Install the relay of food or a safety lock of the fuel pump.
Launch the engine and check tightness of all systems. Smoking of the engine at start-up — the normal phenomenon as burns out the oil which got on a detail at assembly of the engine.
Double-check levels of engine oil and cooling liquid after several minutes of operation of the engine.
If in the course of repair new pistons, piston rings or inserts of a bent shaft were installed on the engine, it is necessary to execute its running in prior to a run of 1000 km. At a running in do not operate the engine with the maximum load. After end of a running in it is recommended to replace engine oil and an oil filter.
