       PREVENTION
If the car is equipped with the conditioner, then before removal of the engine it is necessary to address on HUNDRED the corresponding expert for a detachment of elements of air conditioning system.

Removal of the engine is carried out in the following sequence:
– remove a body cowl;
– disconnect wires at first from negative, then from the positive rechargeable battery of plugs and remove the battery from the car;
– merge engine oil;
– merge oil from the mechanical transmission or working liquid from the automatic transmission and gearbox oil from differential;
– merge cooling liquid;
– remove the forward panel of a motor compartment together with headlights;
– disconnect wires from the fan of cooling of the engine and remove their fastening from a radiator;
– weaken collars and disconnect the top and lower sleeves of the cooling system from a radiator;
– remove a radiator together with the fan of cooling of the engine;
– disconnect cooling system hoses from unions on the engine and from a broad tank of the cooling system;
– disconnect all elements of a power supply system (the inlet pipeline, an accelerator cable, electric sockets of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve, a plait of wires of system of injection of fuel, fuel-supply lines, hoses of the cooling system and vacuum hoses);
– note junctions of a plait of wires in a motor compartment;
– disconnect wires from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid, the sensor of pressure of oil, the generator, the switch of transmission and the sensor of speed of the car, the sensor of temperature of engine oil, a starter, the central high-voltage wire of the coil of ignition, high-voltage wires of the distributor of ignition, the tire of connection with "weight" from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders;
– disconnect a heater hose from a partition of a motor compartment;
– disconnect a speedometer cable from the transmission.
For cars with the mechanical transmission:
– disconnect a gear shifting cable on автомомбилях with the mechanical transmission;
– weaken a coupling bolt of the transferring lever of the choice of transfers;
– turn off bolts of fastening of the working cylinder of coupling and take the cylinder from a coupling case, without disconnecting a hose from the cylinder.
For cars with the automatic transmission:
– install the lever of the choice of transfers to situation "P";
– disconnect a gear shifting cable from the gear shifting lever;
– remove a bracket of a clamp of a cable and remove a cable;
– press hoses of cooling liquid, and then disconnect them from the refrigerator block;
For all cars:
– lift a forward part of the car and record it on support;
– turn off a bolt and remove a pillow from a stretcher;
– turn off bolts of fastening and remove a casing of the right power shaft;
– turn off fastening bolts, disconnect power shafts from the transmission and tie shaft to a body a wire;
– disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a final collector;
– remove the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering (on cars of the corresponding complete set), without disconnecting from it hoses, and move the pump aside;
– remove the conditioner compressor (on cars of the corresponding complete set), without disconnecting from it hoses, and move the compressor aside;
– raise the engine by means of a manual or electric waist (or any other lifting mechanism);

– turn off bolts of fastening of a back right support I (see fig. 3.1 ) the engine;
– turn off a bolt of a back left support II;
– turn off a nut of a forward support III;
– check whether all wires and hoses are disconnected from the engine and the transmission;
– lift the power unit the lifting device that it was exempted from support;
– take the power unit from a motor compartment the lifting device up and forward;
– disconnect the transmission from the engine.
Installation of the power unit is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal. Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of support of the power unit the required moment (see subsection 3.1.1) only after its installation on all support and rockings for ensuring its correct landing. After installation adjust an accelerator cable.
