Parallelism of a cover of the hatch you carry out adjustment only after removal of a cable and the leading gear wheel. Hook and remove a plafond of internal lighting, uncover the mechanism of the drive of a cable and unscrew the hidden screws of fastening of the mechanism of the drive.

PREVENTION Before removal of the mechanism of the drive of a cable disconnect minus a wire from the plug of the rechargeable battery. At adjustment of parallelism of a cover of the hatch the gear wheel of the drive has to be brought out of gearing.

You make adjustment in the following order:

– displace cables and back guides of cables back;

– establish axes in the situation corresponding to the closed cover;

– install levers of a clamp 2 (see fig. 15.73 ) covers so that they entered guides.

PREVENTION Expose guides only by shift back, to the tags specifying the provision of full closing of the hatch.

PREVENTION It is forbidden to displace guides forward.

Adjustment of the mechanism of the drive of a cable. Before adjustment of the mechanism of the drive of a cable, the mechanism of a cover and the mechanism of the drive of a cable have to be installed in the situation corresponding to the closed cover. The mechanism of the drive of a cable is adjusted by calculation of turns of the leading gear wheel.

When opening the hatch (the cover of the hatch slides across) the gear wheel rotates clockwise and at full opening rests against the limiter. From this final situation turn a gear wheel on 9 whole revolutions counterclockwise therefore the hatch has to be closed completely.

When opening the hatch (the cover of the hatch bends) the gear wheel rotates counterclockwise, and at full opening rests against the limiter. From this final situation turn a gear wheel on 2 whole revolutions clockwise therefore the hatch has to be closed completely.
