For access to the hatch drive mechanism for the purpose of repair or adjustment it is necessary to remove the external panel and to shift aside a lifting framework of 2 (fig. 15.70) of a cover and a framework 4 for horizontal shift. The rails directing a cable and cables enter into structure of a frame of the 5th aperture of the hatch as uniform knot. To replace a frame of the hatch it is necessary to remove a slip from salon and tselnolity the frame case.

PREVENTION It is forbidden to grease rails in a hatch frame with usual universal lubricant. For this knot there is a special lubricant with number according to the Volkswagen G 000 450 02 catalog.
