       PREVENTION
The fuel tank needs to be removed in well aired room.

Carry out removal and installation of the fuel tank in the following order:
– disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery;
– lift a back part of the car and fix it on supports or on use a viewing ditch;

– uncover 1 (see fig. 5.12 ) a jellied mouth;
– merge the fuel remains from a tank;
– disconnect a fuel-supply line from the filter or the fuel pump and merge fuel in special capacity;
– remove a floor covering in a luggage carrier;
– disconnect the electric plug from a cover of the 8th fuel tank;
– note an arrangement of fuel hoses on unions of a cover and remove them from unions;
– open a jellied mouth of the fuel tank;
– remove a rubber sealant 3 and a lock ring 2;
– for receiving access to a jellied mouth remove the right back wheel;
– turn off bolts of the 25th fastening of a bulk mouth to a wheel arch;
– establish a jack under the fuel tank;
– between a jack and a tank put wooden laying;
– lift a jack so that the weight of the fuel tank was perceived by a jack;
– turn off a bolt of the 20th fastening of the tire 21 holding a tank;
– slowly lower a tank;
– disconnect fuel and ventilating hoses;
– take a tank from under the car;
– if the tank is polluted, remove the fuel pump and wash out a tank pure fuel;
– if the tank is damaged or proceeds, replace it;
– check the valve for what disconnect hoses and take the valve from a clamp. In vertical position and correctly orientation, the valve has to be open, but at an inclination on 45 ° it has to be closed;
– check the drainage valve, having attached a hose and having given through it air. When the lever is in extreme situation, the valve is closed. When the lever is installed in the direction of an arrow, the valve has to be open.
