The device of the carburetor is shown in fig. 5.1 .

       PREVENTION
If when dismantling the carburetor the economizer of 12 power modes is removed, it needs to be replaced.

Carry out check of the electromagnetic valve 5 (fig. 5.1) in the following order:
– disconnect the electric plug from the electromagnetic valve;
– connect a wire one end to contact to the valve, and other end to a positive conclusion of the rechargeable battery, at the same time the crash has to be heard;
– if there is no crash — the valve is subject to replacement.
Carry out adjustment of a gap of the air gate in the following order:
– uncover 26 (see fig. 5.1 );

– open a butterfly valve of the first camera and turn a cam of 1 (fig. 5.2) of the air gate so that the screw 2 adjustments of frequency of rotation of start-up rested against the highest ledge of a cam;

– through an opening of 1 (fig. 5.3) the screw-driver move against the stop draft of a pneumatic actuator of the air gate;
– measure a gap between the air gate and a mouth, it has to be 2,0 (0,1 mm. The gap can be measured by a drill with a diameter of 2 mm;
– if the gap differs from specified, insert 1 screw-driver into an opening and, turning the adjusting screw, adjust a gap.
Carry out adjustment of the accelerating pump in the following order:
– remove the carburetor;
– uncover the carburetor;
– fill with fuel the float-operated camera and establish a carburetor cover;

– turn a cam of 2 (fig. 5.4) so that it did not concern the screw 1;
– put under the carburetor a measured beaker with a funnel;
– holding a cam 2 in this situation, smoothly turn a butterfly valve of the first camera from an emphasis against the stop 10 times, spending for each course 1 with and maintaining then a pause 3 with, putting thus the accelerating pump in action;
– measure amount of fuel in a beaker and divide on 10, the received result corresponds to amount of fuel served by the accelerating pump for 1 cycle. This value has to make 1,0 ± 0,15 cm3;
– if the received size differs from specified, it is necessary to adjust productivity of the accelerating pump:
– weaken a screw 1 inhaling (see fig. 5.4 ) and turn a cam 2. At turn of a cam aside "And" the proizvodlitelnost of the pump increases, aside "In" – decreases;
– tighten the screw 1 and you zakontrit paint.
Check of the automatic starting arrangement is carried out in the following order:
– disconnect a device wire from a connecting block;
– connect a lamp to a device wire;
– connect the second wire of a lamp to a positive conclusion of the rechargeable battery — the lamp has to burn;
– if the lamp does not burn, the starting arrangement means it is faulty and is subject to replacement

       PREVENTION
You watch that tags on a cover and the case of the starting arrangement coincided.

Carry out adjustment of a priotkryvaniye of a butterfly valve of the second camera in the following order:

completely open a butterfly valve of the first camera and record it in this situation a wooden core (fig. 5.5) ;
– turn the lever 1 so that the butterfly valve of the second camera was closed;
– block the lever 1 elastic band (see fig. 5.5 );
– turn out the persistent screw 2 so that it did not concern an emphasis 3;
– wrap the screw 2 to a contact with an emphasis 3 and then tighten it on a quarter of a turn;
– you zakontrit the screw 2 paint;
– remove an elastic band and take out a wooden core, both gates have to be closed;
– measure gaps "And" and "In": the gap "And" has to make 0,4±0,1 mm, a gap "In" – 1,0±0,1 mm;
– if gaps differ from specified, adjust them, turning in the ends of a fork of the lever 1.
Carry out check of a pneumatic actuator of the air gate in the following order:
– remove the air filter;
– start the engine and leave to idle;
– smoothly a hand close air until when you feel noticeable resistance. At this moment the gap between the air gate and a mouth has to make about 4 mm;
– if there is no resistance, check vacuum hoses for existence of cracks;
– if hoses whole, connect the vacuum gage and the vacuum pump to a pneumatic actuator;
– create discharge of 30 kPa in a pneumatic actuator;
– if the pneumatic actuator is serviceable, discharge should not fall within 2 min.;
– if discharge falls, means – the pneumatic actuator is untight and is subject to replacement.

In — an external gap


Check of a pneumatic actuator of a butterfly valve of the second camera is carried out in the following order:
– connect the vacuum gage and the vacuum pump to a pneumatic actuator;
– create discharge of 5 kPa in a pneumatic actuator;
– if discharge does not fall within 2 min., the pneumatic actuator is tight;
– otherwise replace a pneumatic actuator.
Carry out adjustment of frequency of rotation of launch of the engine in the following order:
– remove the air filter and disconnect a vacuum hose 28 (see fig. 5.1 );
– connect a control tachometer to the engine;
– start the engine and slightly open a butterfly valve of the first camera before obtaining frequency of rotation of a bent shaft about 2500 min.-1;
– turn a cam 1 (see fig. 5.2 ) against the stop;
– turn a butterfly valve so that the adjusting screw 2 rested on a ledge, the second for height;
– check the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft on a control tachometer, it has to make 2000±100 min.-1;
– if the frequency of rotation differs from specified, adjust it the screw 2.
Carry out adjustment of frequency of rotation of idling in the following order:
– disconnect everything consumers of energy – headlights, the fan, the radio tape recorder, etc.;
– disconnect a hose of ventilation from the air filter and muffle it;
– connect a control tachometer and a gas analyzer;
– turn a cam 1 (see fig. 5.2 ) so that it did not concern the screw 2;

– the adjusting screw 1 (see fig. 5.7 ) amounts of mix, adjust the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft within 800±50 min.-1;
– adjusting establish by the screw of quality (structure) of mix the level of content of carbon monoxide (SO) in the fulfilled gases of 3,0±0,5%.
Carry out adjustment of a cable of the carburetor in the following order:
– remove the fixing bracket;
– press against the stop a pedal of an accelerator and record it in this situation;
– press the lever 2 (see fig. 5.1 ) a butterfly valve, having installed the gate in completely open situation, and establish the fixing bracket in a stopper on an emphasis so that the lever of a butterfly valve had a side play no more than 1 mm.
