The conditioner thermostat ( fig. 14.19 ) reacts to evaporator temperature. The thermosensitive tube of the thermostat enters the directing trench in the evaporator ( fig. 14.20 ).

For determination of depth of immersion of a thermosensitive tube mark position of any site of a tube with a tape piece, previously having measured distance from the end of a tube to this site.

PREVENTION The bend of a tube is inadmissible: operability of the thermostat is broken.

Depth of immersion of a thermosensitive tube of the thermostat makes 330 mm.
