Repair Volkswagen Passat B3-B4/Passat B3-B4>> Systems of heating, ventilation and conditioning>> Air conditioning system with the circulating coolant The drive of the compressor of the conditioner is carried out from a pulley on a forward part of the crankshaft. Inclusion and switching off of the compressor is provided with automatically electromagnetic coupling which makes start-up of air conditioning system for maintenance of working pressure in the necessary limits. In a broad tank with a moisture separator removal of small amounts of moisture and dirt from system is provided.
The sensor of pressure of air conditioning system provides switching off of the electromagnetic coupling of the compressor with too low pressure (at insufficient amount of coolant) or at too high (for maintenance of working pressure in the necessary limits). The sensor also includes the second speed of rotation of the fan of an obduv of a radiator (and the condenser) in process of increase in pressure in system. The control valve of a broad tank provides dumping of pressure at excess of the most admissible safe level.
The sensor of temperature of 1
(fig. 14.4)
of atmospheric air prevents turning on of the electromagnetic coupling of the compressor at too low temperature of atmospheric air. The broad valve 13
(fig. 14.5)
provides maintenance of stable temperature in system by tracking of temperature of a stream of coolant at the exit from the evaporator.
In
fig. 14.5
the vacuum system which puts the vacuum drive of a cover of airinflow in action is also shown. The drive of a cover of airinflow is provided with giving of the discharge created by the engine on the double-thread electromagnetic distributor.
