For access to other units or for installation or dismantle of the engine, the compressor needs to be removed, without breaking integrity of highways of coolant.

PREVENTION Repeated installation самоконтрящихся the fasteners 5, 6, 11, 13 ( fig. 14.18 ) which were in the use is not allowed. Their design is calculated on single use — at repeated installation appropriate fastening is not guaranteed.

Order of installation of the main  arm on hairpins

You make installation in the following order:

– tighten nuts of 2 top hairpins;

– tighten a nut of a forward lower hairpin (without plug);

– tighten a nut of a back lower hairpin (with the plug).

Moment of an inhaling of 20 N · m.
