At equipment of the car system of self-alignment of a suspension bracket, shock-absorbers have the pneumoelements 7 ( fig. 10.38 ) replacing the ordinary hydraulic piston. The block of the air compressor gives compressed air on elements of a pneumatic spring. For decrease in noise level the compressor is placed in the isolated case. The principle of work of system — atomaticheskiya, but at the same time is allowed a possibility of manual adjustment by means of the regulator button on the control unit. As a rule, such adjustment is required only in transit large-size freight or towage. In normal conditions the button has to hold position "4". The system of self-alignment of a suspension bracket joins at inclusion of ignition and (or) in public or a back luggage carrier/door cover.

       PREVENTION
At leak of compressed air from system the speed of the movement of the car should not exceed 60 km/h.

Self-alignment check
You make check in the following order:
– before work disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the rechargeable battery;
– install the car on the flat horizontal platform with a hard coating;
– the car has to is in not loaded state, its doors — are closed, and ignition — is included;
– install the regulator on the control unit in situation "6" (high level) then turn the regulator in situation "4" (normal level);
– close a cover a back luggage carrier/door;

– measure distance between the center of a wheel and an edge of a wing of the case ( fig. 10.39 ). At the same time the measured distance has to be equally regulated;
– if level does not meet standard, carry out a full inspection of system on HUNDRED.

Removal and installation of elements of system of self-alignment
Before work disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the rechargeable battery.
For removal of air from system unscrew the valve of pressure of air and completely let out the air from system.
You make removal and installation of a pneumoelement in the following order:
– disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the rechargeable battery;
– remove an upholstery of a floor and side facing of a luggage compartment;

– disconnect conducting of the sensor on a connector and remove it in a wheel arch ( fig. 10.40 );
– you will hang out and record a back part of the car on basic racks;

– disconnect from a pneumoelement an air supply hose ( fig. 10.41 );
– remove a pneumoelement in the same way which is given for a back suspension bracket of usual type.
You carry out installation of a pneumoelement to the sequences, the return to removal.
You make removal and installation of the control unit of system of self-alignment in the following order:
– disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the rechargeable battery;
– remove the left facing panel of a luggage compartment;
– take the control unit from the compressor;

– disconnect from the control unit contact sockets ( fig. 10.42 ).
You carry out installation of the block to the sequences, the return to removal.
You make removal and installation of the compressor of system of self-alignment in the following order:
– disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the rechargeable battery;
– remove air from system;
– disconnect an earth loop of the compressor from the case;
– weaken a rubber fixing belt and take the compressor block from a wheel arch;
– disconnect the control unit of system of self-alignment;
– having separated the protection cover, remove the compressor.
You carry out installation of the compressor to the sequences, the return to removal.
