The back suspension bracket of the all-wheel drive car (Syncro) is shown in fig. 10.35 .

The angles of installation of back wheels are regulated by means of saylent-blocks with eccentric plugs ( fig. 10.36 ).

Disorder of back wheels.................. 1 °25’ ± 30’

Convergence of back wheels.......... 0 °15’ ± 20’

Adjustment of corners

You make adjustment in the following order:

– turn the eccentric plug up at negative coal of disorder;

– turn the eccentric plug down at positive coal of disorder;

– turn the eccentric plug forward at a positive convergence;

– turn the eccentric plug back at a negative convergence.

Replacement of a pillow of a suspension bracket of a case of a reducer of a back suspension bracket

Remove a support of a suspension bracket of a case of a reducer of the back bridge.

Vypressuyte a suspension bracket pillow from a support.

Replacement of saylentblok of a support of fastening of a beam

You make replacement in the following order:

– remove a support of fastening of a beam from the car;

– establish a chisel between saylentbloky and a support;

– take by means of the lever вкаладыш a saylentblok;

– tweezers take other insert;

– establish a new insert of a saylentblok at an angle 40 ° in relation to a longitudinal axis of the car by means of adaptation 3084 ( fig. 10.37 );

– install a support on the car and check the angles of installation of wheels.
