You carry out removal and installation of a quencher of tortional fluctuations in the following order:

– you will hang out a forward part of the car and record it basic racks;

– clear a quencher of tortional fluctuations then turn it so that to provide access to the cylindrical pin fastening together two half of a quencher;

– a drift with a thin sting, beat out a cylindrical pin from a quencher and remove a quencher from a power shaft (fig. 9.21) .

You make installation in the sequence, the return to removal, at the same time use a new cylindrical pin. If it is necessary, replace an adhesive tape under a quencher.

You carry out removal and installation of a quencher of tortional fluctuations in the following order:

– remove the corresponding power shaft. Remove the internal hinge from a shaft.

– displace a quencher of tortional fluctuations on a power shaft.

You make installation in the sequence, the return to removal. Establish a quencher on a shaft so that to sustain distance of installation of a quencher (fig. 9.22) . Install the internal hinge and a power shaft.
