As spare parts to the hinge antisplash covers, washers, lubricant, a nut of a power shaft and spring lock rings are delivered.
You carry out dismantling of the internal hinge in the following order:

– turn a nave with a separator and take them from the hinge case (see fig. 9.13 ). Take spheres from a separator. To take a nave from a separator, turn a nave in a separator so that paths of spheres settled down parallel to an end face of a nave (fig. 9.16) ;
– clear all details of the hinge and check their state. If there are wear tracks or corrosion, replace the hinge assembled.
You carry out assembly of the internal hinge in the following order:

– insert a nave into a separator, having performed operations in the sequence, the return to its extraction, then insert spheres (fig. 9.17) into a separator ;

– establish a nave at an angle 90 ° to the case and check that the bigger distance on the case was combined with a nave bottleneck then turn a nave and install it in the case of the hinge (fig. 9.18, 9.19) ;

– be convinced that the flute on an internal surface of a nave is directed to the bigger diameter of the case of the hinge. Turn a nave from a separator that spheres entered flutes in the case, then press a separator so that the nave and spheres were established into place in the case of the hinge (fig. 9.20) ;
– move manually a hinge nave in different directions to check smoothness of movement and correctness of assembly.
