As spare parts to the hinge protective covers, washers, lubricant, a nut of a power shaft and spring lock rings are delivered.

You carry out dismantling of the external hinge in the following order:

mark the provision of a nave in relation to the hinge case; Turn a hinge nave in the case and serially take each sphere (fig. 9.13) . Stack balls as their installation for the subsequent correct repeated installation;

– turn a hinge separator so that two rectangular cracks were combined with the case, then take a separator and a nave (fig. 9.14) ;

– arrange a nave in a separator so that one of parts of a nave entered one of rectangular cracks in a separator. Turn a nave and take it from a separator (fig. 9.15) .

You carry out assembly of the external hinge in the following order:

– clear all details of the hinge and check their state. In the presence of wear tracks or corrosion, replace the hinge assembled.

– put 45 g of lubricant in the case of the hinge and establish a separator with a nave. Consistently insert spheres into a nave and, using in advance made tags, be convinced that a nave in a separator and the case are established correctly. Establish a new lock ring in a nave then put the lubricant rest (45 g) in the hinge case.
