You carry out removal of the drive of forward wheels in the following order:

– tighten the lever of the parking brake and take off a decorative cap from the corresponding forward wheel;

– weaken a nut of fastening of a power shaft and bolts of fastening of a wheel;

– you will hang out and record a forward part of the car on basic racks;

– having turned off bolts of fastening of a wheel, remove a wheel;

– turn off a nut of fastening of a power shaft and remove it together with laying;

– for removal of the left power shaft turn away a rotary fist from a depreciation rack. The corner of disorder of forward wheels therefore before an otvorachivaniye, it should be noted provisions of bolts for correct installation them in the same situation is established by bolts of fastening of a rotary fist. Adjustment of a corner of disorder of forward wheels requires use of the special equipment;

– for access to the right internal hinge of a power shaft unscrew and remove a counterbalance from the lower frame of steering and protection of the hinge;

– using a many-sided face head of 8 mm, unscrew bolts of fastening of flanges of power shafts on the transmission;

– disconnect a power shaft from the transmission and lift it;

– a stripper squeeze out a power shaft from a wheel nave. Pay attention: the internal end of a power shaft has to settle down over the transmission as at expression of a power shaft it is displaced inside and can rest against the transmission. If necessary disconnect steering draft from a rotary fist and the stabilizer of cross stability from the cross lever of a suspension bracket;

– take a drive shaft from a rotary fist, at the same time tightening a car wheel outside;

– after removal of the drive of wheels from the car, do not lower the car on the earth and do not move it because of danger of damage of the hug bearing.

You carry out installation of the drive of forward wheels in the following order:

– before installation clear vents and the interfaced surfaces on the internal and external end of a power shaft. Clear vents in a wheel nave;

– combine vents and insert a power shaft into a wheel nave;

– establish new laying on an internal part of a power shaft;

– fill with lubricant a cavity of the internal hinge, then establish a power shaft on a transmission flange, establish plates and bolts and tighten bolts the required moment;

– establish protection of the hinge and a counterbalance;

– at installation of the left shaft connect a damping rack with a rotary fist. Establish bolts in situation in which they were before removal, and tighten them the regulated moment;

– establish laying and turn, without tightening, a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave;

– having established a wheel, wrap bolts of fastening of a wheel and lower the car on the earth;

– finally tighten a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave and bolts of fastening of a wheel. Establish a decorative cap on a wheel.
