Ignition coil
Check of the Digifant control unit is carried out in the following order:

– disconnect electric wires and uncover the ignition coil (see fig. 6.17 );
– connect a tester between plugs 1 (–) and 15 (+) and check resistance of primary winding of the coil of ignition;
– connect a tester between plugs 4 (HT) and 15 (+) and check resistance of a secondary winding of the coil of ignition.

FEI control unit
Carry out check of the FEI control unit in the following order:
– disconnect the socket of the FEI control unit, then include ignition;

– connect a tester to contacts of the 3 and 5 control unit, at the same time the device has to show accumulator tension. Accumulator tension also has to be between contacts of 3 and 6 (fig. 6.23) ;
– put the switch of a butterfly valve in action, at the same time tension has to decrease to zero and then switch off ignition;

– connect a tester to contacts 1 and 3, compare indications with given for the sensor of temperature (fig. 6.24) . Replace the sensor in case of need;
– squeeze the fixing uvulas and disconnect the electric socket from the distributor. Connect a tester to external contacts of the electric socket, include ignition, at the same time tension has to be 5 V. Vyklyuchite ignition;
– connect a tester to plugs 15 (+) and 1 (–) of the ignition coil (see fig. 6.17 ), then include ignition;
– close the central contact of the distributor (Hall's sensor) on weight, at the same time tension for a short time has to increase up to 2 Century. At the same time noise from the working fuel pump during a short period will be heard. Otherwise it is necessary to replace the block of the relay of the fuel pump or the FEI block.

Hall's sensor
Carry out check of the sensor of Hall in the following order:
– check serviceability of the FEI block;
– squeeze the fixing uvulas and disconnect the electric socket from the distributor;
– connect a LED sampler to contacts of 2 and 6 electric sockets of the control unit, then include a starter. At the same time if Hall's sensor is serviceable, the LED sampler has to blink.
