If the rubber brush of a cleaner is in satisfactory condition, then the reason of abnormal work of a cleaner (intermittence of the course of brushes and their vibrating ( fig. 15.55 ) can be the wrong angles of installation of levers of brushes. If the angle of installation of brushes is sustained truly ( fig. 15.56 ), rubber brushes will reach the necessary position and will follow the lever in both directions.

It is possible to correct a corner, turning in the lever of brushes a tube with the cuts executed in it. In fig. 15.57 the special Volkswagen tool for a correcting of an angle of installation of brushes and the place of a podgibaniye of the lever is shown. In case of wear of the holder of brushes replace brushes.
