Removal of the lever is made in the following order:

– take off a decorative cap of a wheel;

– weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel;

– you will hang out and record a forward part of the car on basic racks;

– turn off bolts of fastening of a wheel and remove a wheel;

– turn off bolts of fastening and remove the deflector from the cross lever of a suspension bracket;

– establish a jack under the central part of a cross beam and lift a jack so that the weight of a beam was perceived by a jack;

– turn off fastening of a suspension bracket of the stabilizer of cross resistance to a cross beam and a body. The forward bolt at the same time fixes back the saylent-block cross lever;

– turn off a nut of a connector of the stabilizer and disconnect the stabilizer of cross stability from the cross lever of a suspension bracket. Plates from sheet metal with a rubber support are installed from two parties of the lever. The conic parties of saylent-blocks are located from plates from sheet metal while the unbent edge of plates has to be sent to the party, opposite to plugs;

– turn off a nut of the coupling bolt fixing the lower spherical support of the cross lever of a suspension bracket to a rotary fist. Note the adjusting provision of a bolt (a head ahead), take a bolt and a pin of the lower spherical support from a rotary fist for what wring out the cross lever from a rotary fist down. At the arisen difficulties with removal of the lever insert mount between the lever and a body of the car and squeeze out the lever down;

– turn off and take a hinged bolt of fastening of the forward internal end of the lever;

PREVENTION When carrying out work try not to damage a protective cover of a spherical support.

– remove the cross lever, bringing it out of a forward internal point of fastening, move from a rotary fist down and inside, and forward from internal back fastening. If necessary lower a cross beam that the cross lever of a suspension bracket was disconnected. If necessary use the corresponding lever.

You make repair of the lever in the following order:

– clear the lever of dirt;

– check a spherical support and saylent-blocks for wear. Check the lever for damages and deformation. If necessary, the spherical support and saylentblok have to be replaced;

– for replacement of a spherical support note its situation on the cross lever. It is important as relative position of the cross lever and a spherical support are established at manufacturer;

– turn off three nuts and a snimitenizhny spherical support 2 ( fig. 10.12 ) and a lock plate 1;

– establish a new spherical support on the same place where the old spherical support settled down, and tighten nuts;

– at installation of the new cross lever establish a spherical support on the center of the extended opening;

– for replacement of a forward saylentblok of the lever, using a long bolt in combination with a metal tubular mandrel and laying, squeeze out a saylentblok from the cross lever. Establish a new saylentblok, using the same method, previously having greased an external part of a saylentblok with soap solution;

– using the lever, remove a back saylentblok of the cross lever.

– establish a new back saylentblok into place so that the air gap was directed to a car axis ( fig. 10.13 ).

You make installation of the lever in the sequence, the return to removal.

Tighten bolts of fastening of support before lowering of the car on wheels.

Check the angles of installation of forward wheels and in case of need adjust them (see. "Angles of installation of wheels").
