You carry out removal of the lever of switching off of coupling and the bearing in the following order:

using the screw-driver as the lever, remove the lever of switching off of coupling from a hairpin with a spherical tip on a transmission case;

take the bearing together with the lever of switching off of coupling from the directing plug;

disconnect the bearing from the coupling switching off lever.

You carry out an inspection of technical condition of the bearing of switching off of coupling in the following order:

– the bearing of switching off of coupling has to have the soft uniform course and not have at the same time wear tracks — otherwise the bearing is subject to obligatory replacement;

– it is impossible to wash out the bearing in solvent that can lead to removal from the bearing of lubricant and, as a result, to bystry wear of the bearing.

You carry out installations of the bearing of switching off of coupling and the lever of switching off of coupling in the following order:

– clear of pollution the coupling switching off lever, a hairpin with a spherical tip and the directing plug;

– when replacing the lever of the drive of coupling on models with the mechanical (hummock) drive of coupling install gear and flat washers in the lever (fig. 7.15) . Establish a gear washer by the convex party to a casing. For installation of washers use a tubular mandrel of the corresponding diameter;

– you carry out installation of the bearing and lever of switching off of coupling in the sequence, the return to removal. At installation grease a hairpin with a spherical tip and the surface of the bearing contacting to a diaphragm spring, special lubricant. Install a spring on the lever and install the lever on a hairpin with a spherical tip to a spring zashchelkivaniye.
