You carry out removal of the working cylinder of coupling in the following order:

– press a flexible hose a suitable clip. You watch at the same time that the clip did not damage the pipeline;

– unscrew the coupling of a flexible hose on the working cylinder of coupling and disconnect a hose from the cylinder;

– turn off two bolts of fastening of the working cylinder to a case of coupling and remove the working cylinder.

PREVENTION Do not press a coupling pedal at the removed working cylinder.

You carry out an inspection of technical condition of details of the working cylinder in the following order:

– clear the external surface of the working cylinder of coupling;

– using the screw-driver as the lever, remove a rubber cover and take a pusher;

– take a lock ring from the cylinder, and then the piston and a spring;

– carefully clear details of the working cylinder of coupling, check their state and if necessary replace them. Replace a cuff of the piston irrespective of its state.

You carry out assembly and installation of the working cylinder in the following order:

– lower a new cuff in brake fluid and install it on the piston according to arrow indexes. Make sure that the working edge of a cuff is before a spring on the end of the piston;

– install a spring in the working cylinder of coupling, lower the piston in brake fluid and accurately insert it into the coupling cylinder;

– move the piston into the cylinder and record it a lock ring;

– establish into place a pusher and a rubber cover;

– you carry out installation of the working cylinder to the sequences, the return to removal;

– grease the pusher end face adjoining to the squeezing lever, a thin layer of special lubricant;

– remove air from the hydraulic drive of coupling.
