Removal and installation of the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator 

Carry out in the following order

Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery;

remove finishing of the lower part of the dashboard under a steering column;

remove a bracket from the end of a spindle of a pedal of an accelerator, then remove a spindle, the plug and a spring;

remove an accelerator pedal from an arm, having unhooked it from a plate of a cam of the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator;

disconnect the electric socket of the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator;

unscrew the screw and remove the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator from a pedal arm.

You make installation in the sequence, the return to removal. Establish a cam plate on a spindle of the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator according to the sizes presented in fig. 5.86 ;

Removal and installation of the sensor  of temperature of cooling liquid

Carry out in the following order:

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery;

merge 1/4 cooling liquids from the cooling system;

the sensor is located in the top output branch pipe of the cooling system on the forward party of a head of the block of cylinders;

disconnect the electric plug from the sensor;

remove a bracket of fastening of the sensor and take the sensor from a nest;

you make installation in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time it is necessary to use a new sealing ring of round section.

Removal and installation of the sensor of temperature of fuel

Carry out in the following order:

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery;

unscrew screws and remove the top casing of the fuel pump;

unscrew screws and remove the fuel temperature sensor;

you make installation in the sequence, the return to removal.

Removal and installation of the sensor of temperature of the arriving air

Carry out in the following order:

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery;

the sensor is installed in an air hose between the heat exchanger and an inlet collector;

disconnect the electric plug from the sensor;

remove a bracket and take the sensor from a nest.

Removal and installation of the sensor of frequency of rotation of a bent shaft

Carry out in the following order:

the RPM meter of a bent shaft is installed on the block of cylinders from the transmission;

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery;

disconnect the electric plug from the sensor;

unscrew the sensor from the block of cylinders;

you make installation in the sequence, the return to removal.

Removal and installation of the measuring instrument of a consumption of air

Carry out in the following order:

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery;

weaken collars and disconnect an air supply pipe from the measuring instrument of a consumption of air and a back part of the case of the air filter;

disconnect the electric socket from the air consumption measuring instrument;

unscrew screws and take the air consumption measuring instrument from the case of the air filter.

You make installation in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time it is necessary to establish a new sealing ring of round section.

Removal and installation of the sensor of the measuring instrument of a consumption of air

Carry out in the following order:

cars till August, 1994:

the sensor is located under the dashboard. For access to the sensor remove the corresponding sections of the dashboard;

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery;

disconnect the electric socket from the sensor.

cars since August, 1994:

the sensor — an integral part of the electronic control device cannot be also removed separately.

Removal and installation of the valve of increase in pressure

Carry out in the following order:

the valve of increase in pressure is installed on an internal wing in a back part of a casing of the air filter;

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery;

disconnect the electric plug from the valve;

to zamarkiruyta also disconnect vacuum hoses from the valve of increase in pressure;

unscrew screws and take the valve of increase in pressure from a motor compartment;

you make installation in the sequence, the return to removal.

Removal and installation electronic control device (ECU)

Carry out in the following order:

the ECU block is installed in a back part of a motor compartment;

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery;

for access to the ECU block remove the pollen filter;

disconnect the electric socket, unscrew a nut and take the ECU block from the car;

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
