PREVENTION During the work with a cable it is necessary to consider that the cable very fragile and it cannot be bent. The cable which was exposed to bending should be replaced.

Carry out removal and installation of a cable of an accelerator in the following order:

remove the lower finishing of the dashboard under a steering column;

slightly press a pedal of an accelerator and disconnect an accelerator cable from an accelerator pedal;

on a partition of a motor compartment unscrew fastening of a sealing ring of a cable of an accelerator;

in a motor compartment remove a bracket and disconnect the end of a cable of an accelerator from the lever of the fuel pump of high pressure;

shift the condensing rubber ring and take an accelerator cable cover from an arm;

exempt an accelerator cable from brackets of fastening and take it in a motor compartment;

installation of a cable of an accelerator is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
