Carry out removal and installation of the pump of the cooling system in the following order:

– disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery;

– merge liquid from the cooling system;

– remove the generator and a driving belt;

– remove the pump of the amplifier of steering;

– turn off a pulley of 3 (fig. 4.7) from a flange of the drive of the pump of the cooling system and remove a pulley;

– weaken collars and disconnect hoses from cooling system pump unions;

– turn off a nut and take the special bolt 4 fixing the lower cover of the drive to the cooling system pump;

– turn off a bolt 4 fastenings of the pump of the cooling system;

– remove the cooling system pump from the block of cylinders and get a sealing ring of the 6th round section;

– turn off bolts and take the cooling system pump from the case;

– remove laying;

– in case of malfunction of the pump, replace it completely;

– clear the interfaced surfaces of the pump of the cooling system and the case;

– you make installation of the removed elements in the sequence, the return to removal.
