On the car standing on the earth establish forward wheels in situation directly and check a free wheeling of a steering wheel. Increase in a free wheeling can testify to wear of bearings of wheels, hinges of a steering shaft, spherical support or the steering mechanism.

Excessive lists of the car, the increased vibration of a body at the movement on the uneven road, rocking in turns demonstrate possible damages to steering and a suspension bracket.

For check of shock-absorbers press on each of four corners of the car. If the body did not return to a starting position after one or two pressings, it is necessary to replace the shock-absorber.

Check the provision of a body concerning the earth. If there is a list aside, forward or back, then, perhaps, springs sank or suspension bracket details are worn-out.

On the car installed on the elevator with the hung-out wheels check the steering mechanism for existence of leaks, an integrity of protective covers and consolidations. Check a wheel side play in the vertical plane rocking. The small side play is admissible. At a big side play further check and its elimination is necessary. To establish its reason, shake a wheel in the vertical plane, at the same time pressing a brake pedal. Here not to do without assistant. If when pressing a pedal of a brake the side play is eliminated or considerably reduced, then probably the wheel bearing is damaged; if the size of a side play changes slightly — suspension bracket details are worn-out.

Shake a wheel in the horizontal plane. Existence of a side play can be caused by wear in the wheel bearing or spherical hinges of steering draft.

Using the big screw-driver as the lever, check a side play in connections between suspension bracket details.

Check a condition of covers of hinges of equal angular speeds (CV JOINTS) and collars of their fastening. Replace them in the presence of cracks and other damages.

Check of system of production of the fulfilled gases. Check system of release after cooling of the engine. Check pipes and connections for tightness, existence on them of corrosion and damages, arms and other details of fastening of system, their inhaling.

Check and at detection eliminate openings or damages to the body bottom through which the fulfilled gases can get to salon.

Be convinced of lack of contact of the final pipeline and the bottom of the car, otherwise replace rubber rings of a suspension bracket of the pipeline.
