Driveshaft
Carry out removal and installation of the driveshaft in the following order:
perform work on a viewing ditch or a platform;
remove a forward part of the exhaust system and the thermofilter;

turn off bolts of fastening of a back support 9 (fig. 8.82) of the driveshaft;
note the mutual provision of back and average sections of the driveshaft and unscrew bolts of fastening of back section to the hinge;
turn off bolts of fastening of back section of the driveshaft to a viskomufta;
having moved average section forward, remove back section of the driveshaft;
having noted mutual situation, weaken bolts of fastening of a forward part of the driveshaft to the elastic coupling and turn off three bolts of fastening of the coupling to a flange of the transfer case;
turn off bolts of fastening of a forward support of the driveshaft. Move the driveshaft back and you otverntit bolts of fastening of a shaft to the elastic coupling;
take the driveshaft, moving it towards a back part of the car;
you make installation in the sequence, the return to removal.

Transfer case
You carry out removal of the transfer case in the following order:
perform work on a viewing ditch or a platform;
remove the driveshaft;
disconnect forward power shafts from the transfer case;
turn off bolts of fastening of an arm of the transfer case to the engine;
turn off bolts of fastening of the transfer case to the transmission and remove the transfer case.
You carry out dismantling of the transfer case in the following order:

turn off a bolt of fastening of a driving flange of the driveshaft and remove a flange of 17 (fig. 8.83) ;
remove a flange of the right power shaft;
remove a castle ring of an adjusting nut;
having turned off the provision of an adjusting nut concerning a case, unscrew a nut;
having turned off fastening bolts, uncover the conducted gear wheel of the driveshaft and the leading gear wheel;
having unscrewed fastening bolts, uncover the leading gear wheel and the leading gear wheel with a main shaft.

You carry out assembly of the transfer case in the following order:
establish in a case the conducted and conducting gear wheels with a main shaft;
establish a driveshaft drive flange;
apply a thin layer of sealant on the interfaced surfaces of a cover and a case, establish a cover on a case and fix it by bolts;
screw an adjusting nut according to in advance put tag then establish a castle ring;
establish the leading shaft;
establish a flange of the drive of the right forward wheel, a conic ring, a spring and a persistent washer;
establish a spring washer and a lock ring of the drive of the right forward wheel;
screw a bolt of fastening of a flange of the driveshaft, previously having applied the means interfering a bolt otvorachivaniye on a bolt carving.
You make installation of the transfer case in the sequence, the return to removal.

Viskomufta
You carry out removal of a viskomufta in the following order:
having noted the provision of back section of the driveshaft, disconnect the driveshaft from the hydraulic coupling;
turn off the central nut of fastening of the hydraulic coupling.

holding a viskomufta of 4 (fig. 8.84) by means of an assembly shovel, wring out the arm stabilizer down;
remove a viskomufta and close an opening in its case a cap.

Main reverse gear
You carry out removal of reverse main gear in the following order:
remove the visko-coupling and a cap close an opening in its case;
disconnect power shafts from the main reverse gear;
disconnect a tube from the pneumatic drive of the obgonny coupling;

disconnect elements of fastening (fig. 8.85) of a case of the main reverse gear;
having established a jack under a case of the main transfer, raise a jack so that the weight of the main reverse gear was perceived by a jack;
turn off bolts of fastening of the main reverse gear, lower a jack and take the main reverse gear from under the car.
Carry out dismantling of reverse main gear in the following order:
install the main reverse gear on a basic rack;
having turned on 90 ° the pneumatic drive of the obgonny coupling, remove it from a case of the main reverse gear;
remove a flange of the left power shaft from an adjusting nut;
having noted the provision of a castle ring, remove a ring and turn off an adjusting nut;
turn off the bolts connecting halves of a case of the main transfer and divide cases;

remove an entrance shaft together with the conducted gear wheel of 22 (fig. 8.86) ;
remove a lock ring and a plate of the obgonny coupling;
remove a disk with internal gearing;
remove the obgonny coupling;
remove the left output shaft of the main transfer with external gearing and the expansion plug;
remove persistent washers and a nave of the obgonny coupling, turning it clockwise;
remove the case of the mechanism of blocking of the obgonny coupling.
You make assembly and installation of the main reverse gear in the sequence, to the return dismantling and removal.
